ATHLEX delivers orders across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days for major cities and 3–7 working days for other areas.

Delivery charges are calculated according to your location and displayed during checkout. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, tracking details or order updates may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Delivery times may be affected during sales, public holidays, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure that your contact number and delivery address are correct to avoid unnecessary delays.

ATHLEX accepts exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Customers must contact our support team before returning a product. Return delivery charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange. Refunds are generally not offered; however, eligible products may be exchanged for another size or item, subject to stock availability.
